After 9 months of waiting, Peytonn arrived Saturday February 20, 2010 at 1:10p.m. She weighed 6lbs 4oz and was 20 inches long. Niether of us ever imagined how that moment would feel. We both just stared in awe as the nurse cleaned her up, took her vitals and then wrapped her up and placed her on my tummy. </div><div> </div><div>I haven't kept up on posting because I never thought I had anything worthwhile to blog about. But now that I have Peytonn everyday is worth writing about! I'm making it my goal to keep everyone updated on our wonderful life as a family. I found these beautiful pictures of Mom and I a few years back. Mom wanted to get them done so that I would have them when she left. She was always thinking ahead! </p><p>Of course, the first box I opened had a surprise for me. A bag of children's books for her grandchildren. I laid on the floor and read every one of them.
